Real conversations, practised before they happen.
A first date
Start with one thing you want to ask for or say. You do not have to memorise a script.

What might happen
A possible sequence—not a promise about another person.
- Agree on a public place, a time, and how you will get home. You can tell someone you trust your plan.
- Say hello and check that the place works for both of you.
- You can ask about a shared interest, share a little about yourself, or have a quiet pause.
- You can choose whether to stay, end the date, or discuss meeting again. Neither person owes a yes.
Words you could use
I would like to get to know you somewhere quieter. Would another table work for you?
Sensory supports
- Suggest a quieter venue or a shorter first meeting if that suits you.
- You can change seats, take a break, or leave if the environment does not work for you.
Communication supports
- You can say what kinds of conversation or contact you are comfortable with.
- Ask rather than guess about touch or another meeting. Either person can decline or change their mind.
Practise another turn
An imagined response: Yes, let’s look for a quieter table.
If they prefer to stay, I can suggest another place or end the meeting. I do not have to stay uncomfortable.
Availability depends on Apple approval and your region.
